There are elements of truth in many things that are absolutely false. The "Q"plan plays on the fears and paranoia of the conspiracy minded gullible segment like provoking a rabid interpretation of the most "popular" current fears, psychotic images to appear from an "artfully" composed Rorschach test.
Of course there are elements of truth here. It plays the gullible like a violin with just enough "fuel" to orchestrate a rampant feverish dreamlike state of "seeing" those black helicopters and
illuminati, bilderberg groupers , preparing the end of the world next Tuesday.
Then again, I suppose it's not paranoia if they are really out to get ya
