no question you are 100% right, however, we don't live in a perfect world and this is a step in the right direction.
these guys have taken over the purse disbursements all over the place and have taken the game down with it and Pennsylvania is a great place to start to get people back and interested in racing again.
if every place sat back and did nothing, the game would just die a slow death.
