TRACKINFO has been around for many years, 15+ at least, as a supplier of data processing and programming services to the Parimutuel industry .. in particular they developed computer software for Greyhound tracks, but also have products for horse racing. When the Internet took off many years ago, TrackInfo aka TrackData Systems, became a major distributor of electronic Programs for simulcast outlets, including OTB's and many smaller horse & dog tracks.
I know these folks personally and you can be assured their business is up-front and customer service IS a priority. I believe that is correct, their ADW operates through Lien Games, but TrackInfo may provide you with additional perks such as Program content.
