I believe the emergence of 2 or 3 power conferences from 5 will only more level the playing field for recruiting and transferring. The third string QB on a power 3 team will have his chance at another power 3 school by transferring. And that logic carries over to recruiting.
My next choice would be to stop playing football at universities. With NIL, they've converted to minor league sports. It was never intended to go this far.

What years? I have some credit hours from OSU but I never really attended as a regular student. I got my credits thru the Ohio Highway Patrol Academy and the State Police Academy in London.
That didn’t stop me from hanging out on N. High Street in my early 20’s though. I grew up in Columbus.
