PAVEL's Suburban. Familiar horse, and he fits well here today with the the Stephen Foster horses likely to be underlayed.
HIGHER POWER is the long-shot.
The time to bet these kind of good trainer situations is when they are skipping class increments. We get that today, and Pavel is not a brilliant horse, so you get the angle and the value in a do-able scenario. Also rated the recent workout highly. Lot of models moving in the right direction.
