Saturday, Feb. 13 2016, at post time at Aqueduct the wind chill will be minus 4 degrees with winds of 28 Mph so I expect they will cancel the races. Sunday, Feb. 14 2016, at Aqueduct the temp. will be around zero with wind chills around minus 20 so I expect they will cancel.
