I'm a little confused
Since when is talking to a group of people treason or a high crime.
I know congress makes all laws and such. But if they go ahead with the impeachment.
Can the Supreme Court throw it out because it's unconstitutional or does it stay because what Congress says is gospel.
Even Dershowitz says they can't impeach Trump because he's a private citizen. And that's unconstitutional too.
