This is such wise axiom from the mind of Ben Franklin, it may well be rooted in the bible, albeit expressed differently -- something I'll check out some day. Anyway, it's all too obvious to me that the Obamas and Holders of this world never gave an ounce of thought to what the
safety ramifications of the Promise Program would be on school kids.
