Where those dogs were rescued from is about a 65 mile drive from me. I always wondered why they shipped so many out of state. Maybe they did not want them to end up as hunting dogs. Beagles are about the only hunting dogs you see around these parts. I am sure they would have went quick if they were taken to shelters around here. As for drug testing, I say leave the innocent animals alone, use death row inmates.
