Hey, if SHE refuses to show up Monday and talk under oath, then there is zero reason to do any more investigating.
If she shows up and talks under oath, THEN the FBI would have a frame of reference to check into, if asked to by the POUTS.

I would ask hcap and the other He-man women protectors here to tell WHAT the FBI would find that has not been found in the other 6 background checks, and WHAT possible relevance would it have next to his decades of service on the bench?
