Can someone please explain to me how the consolation double can pay
$24.40 in the 3rd race at parx.
The
was a scratch in the paddock.
Race 2 winner paid $18.20.
I have never seen a consolation double pay more then the horse in the previous race. Is it PA racing commission or something.
