my status
Well,with all these prayers and well-wishes, I guess I better let you guys/gals the real skinny.
the tumor came back, as expected and ihad another brain surgery. further treatment is next. I should be in a clinical trial soon, but before that Iwill have more chemo and radiation. The chemo will probably be the newest type, where they drill holes at the tumor site and insert catheters in the holes and administer the chemo directly to the tmor and cancer exactly.
i will also start immuno- therapy, whicn will use my own immune system to better tune in on the bad cells and attack them directly.
ASfor my current condition, I am feeling as good as befoe all this, just have to get my strength pumped up and hope my balance improves for better mobility.
I would guess that I am 95% blind but am learning to deal with that, one step at a time.
I see a neuro/opthalmologist soon.
I also contracted glaucoma in both eys, so stopping it's progression is our immediate concern.
By the way, I have put myself in God's hands after depression knocked me down, and I have personally experienced HIS power several times in the last month. I talk to myself and GSod almost all the time now which why I'm in such great spirits.
