They have to learn that this behavior is not acceptable in this country or suffer the consequences. Otherwise this country will become just as violent. In this case police intervention may have saved one of them from serious injury. They will learn that the authorities are there to protect them. If we call ourselves civilized we cannot allow people to settle differences this way. The track authorities are dealing with this, as they should.
