Yes in Las Vegas, we also was watching races that we could not bet and long delays on cashing tickets.
Is it not time for horse racing to finally get out of the dark ages with their antiqued wagering and all these different systems and spent some money and update to the latest technology?
This is 2011 not 1955.
BTW: The pari mutual system already has broken down a few years ago on Kentucky Derby Day in Las Vegas and the books went back to the house booking the bets with limits.
