Stillriledup Veteran Join Date: Oct 2009 Posts: 25,607	Anyone have a theory on why the winner in the 4th race at Laurel on Nov 1st was DQd? Does Laurel and Maryland have a "foul is a foul" rule and interference gets disqualified whether its costs a horse a placing or not?
