Maybe the KHRC is waiting for a date where their ruling is the most likely to be buried in the press, noticed by as few as possible, and never make it onto ESPN? If there were a pool on such a thing, I'd wager they release the results of their findings on Saturday, December 4th--date Georgia & Alabama play for SEC championship, plus next day NFL will be in high gear.
