Cleanest US Jurisdiction?
I've become even more cynical about this sport lately - appreciate Hong Kong's system, but am not in the mood to bet early Wednesday morning and overnight Saturday/Sunday.
What is the best hope here? I enjoy NYRA's coverage and they don't seem to have the issues like CA and FL, but is there any reason to think NY is any better? Opinions wanted.
