Personally, I thought the handle was pretty good given the conditions.
I've been saying all along "there are a lot of moving parts" in the handle now that make it much tougher to isolate the overall trend. Early on some were a positive when limited tracks were open and sports/gambling competition was lower, but now most are short term negatives.
I didn't see the final Belmont numbers yet, but I think I read they got off to a great start.
