If you haven’t figured it out, this basically means the vaccine is neutralized. A friend of mine is in a similar situation. He has Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia. The treatments have left him severely Immunocompromised. He got both shots of the Pfizer vaccine, but when tested for the antibodies, there were none. The same thing happened with Moderna.......

That's a great point. Having comorbidities made Powell no different than the overwhelming majority of people who have died with Covid.
With the compromised immune system, Powell could have died from just about anything. A bad cold could have been fatal.
