Meanwhile in this country, offshore drilling is nearly extinct. Not sure if the industry ever recovers, how much viability will exist as workers have moved on to other career interest. Many energy rich fields exist at or beyond 5000 ft. of water. They were barely starting to show promise and deliver when covid wrecked everything. Of course Biden then arrives to dismantle our energy resources entirely.
There will indeed be a massive energy crisis...how it eventually effects human life as we know it will be said.
