It's impossible to name everyone in government and the IC because we don't know them all. But CNN, MSNBC, NY Times, and the Washington Post have all obviously been the beneficiary of leaks from inside government from both democrats and republicans that are trying to prevent Trump from blowing up the status quo and redefining the democrat and republican parties. The "establishment" wants to go back to business as usual. Regardless of whether you agree with him or not, Trump is trying to change that. So "they" are trying to destroy him.
