Off-hand I can't remember his name...but he and Tom Worth, in the beginning combined forces to jointly create the Pops And Tips methodology. They may have had a falling out, later--because the "Pops" part was eliminated from the method eventually.
After having studied the TIPS (trainer angles and signals) for many years, along with the ODDS POP...the first thing I look for with PP's are the trainer tip-offs, and any odds pops.
I can say, without hesitation...I learned to handicap from the late, great Tom Worth.
