her trainer has been around broken down cripples his whole life. i have friends that know him well from days at finger lakes.
the filly has a front leg that's slightly shorter than the other. tim did something no "big shot" trainer would ever do. he took a shot and put a hind shoe with wedged heels on the short leg to build it up and balance her.
here she came...traveling funny....but traveling fast.
he's a good guy and good for him...great story.
