I googled, “Houston police seek indictments against people who stockpiled bricks in protest zones.” I got page after page of stories of corruption and misconduct by Houston police officers, but not a single story about any indictments or any plot to stockpile bricks.
This could be a false flag or it could be the bricks were placed where they were for legitimate construction projects. What it certainly is not is that they were put there deliberately to be used by protesters.
