You are talking about bill A39II which sets tax rates for bets placed in person and online as well as licensing and the operation of sports betting at casinos and racetracks. This will take quite a while to implement.
Last week at the MP luncheon Dennis stated that there would be no “integrity” fee which is A payment for the professional sports leagues to police their own games and get part of the proceeds as they knew they were going to be defeated at some point.
Overall for the short term MP is going to be jumping now they need to get rid of Navarro!
