PASPA was more than 25 years ago. I was more referring to recent history, when NJ has fought for 5+ years for this.
They're being forced to thread a ridiculous needle. Whatever the reasons PASPA was passed, it's a bad and discriminatory law. It should be repealed. But in the meantime, NJ deserves to reap the most benefit of fighting this fighting IMO.
