Have these loons of TOC and racing officials in agreement with them gone mad? How short are their memories, can't they read handle reports? When SA and CD upped the take these nitwits perhaps missed the boycotts and anger from players? The low takeout Pick-5 has been hugely successful, and more tracks have added it. So once again, they want to jump in and get another piece while they can. Unless these dolts wake up and realize that the answer is lower not higher takeouts, in a few years they might be donating their horses to riding stables because the tracks would all be gone.
