It depends on your definition of "loser"..
If one is a hopeless degenerate gamble who hasn't turned a profit since JFK was president, yeah, they are a 'loser'.
If you are referring to those who struggle to turn a profit and just require a change in strategy, that isn't a loser. Not in my book.
