Anyone wanted for committing a crime when arrested, will not bring their children with them to jail. Why should border hopping criminals receive special consideration to the rule?

Many libs would argue that our immigration laws are downright restrictive, inhumane and unjust because everyone on the planet has some kind of right (might even be inalienable) to migrate here.
