The Mueller investigation has been a massive dud as of late. Nobody has been talking about it for the past couple of months with any kind of gumption. Not even CNN or MSNBC.
Now that the Mid-terms are over, and Dems have control of the House, they have actually announced that they are coming after Trump with numerous investigations in mind including first and foremost his tax returns. Adam Schiff has also stated his desire for a Trump/Russia investigation. (You know, that bug-eyed really creepy looking guy that was leaking Mueller investigation info on a near weekly basis for quite a while?)
Now, in one fell swoop, without saying a word, Jeff Sessions is no longer the AG and the entire leadership of the Dem party has come forth to protect the integrity and greatness of the Mueller investigation for fear that *gasp* Trump will now fire Mueller!
Trump didn't even have to say a word as it was his Chief of Staff that delivered the message to Sessions.
Now we have every power broker on the left such as Schumer, Harris, Warner, Blumenthal, et al. looking to protect the sanctity of the Mueller investigation. Demanding the sanctity and integrity of that investigation to not be disturbed, and in fact looking to bring something to the Senate floor to deny such a treasonous act dammit!
All the while Trump extending an olive branch to the Dems in the House to work on healthcare, immigration/DACA, infrastructure and anything else they'd like to discuss and want to move forward with for the American people. You know, those people who voted for you and that you promised progress with healthcare, and immigration reform, and infrastructure and and and....?
What? What is that you say? You don't want to do any of that, and you want to launch another investigation into Trump/Russia along with the Mueller investigation you just 100% emphatically endorsed?
My my. What a wicked web we weave...
