you could not be wrong. Anybody whose job went overseas because of our crazy tax laws which actually reward building factories overseas. In fact the are times the congress gives free money, not just tax breaks, to companies that move. Thank you GOP congress. Caterpillar has gotten good at getting that money. Kochs have too.
