FWIW, RDSS runs just fine on my MS Surface Pro Tablet (Win8). I'm here at the PA tent in Saratoga, tomorrow as well. Just drop by to see how it looks (or really, how any Windows app would look at 1920 x 1080 res scaled down to a 10.5 inch screen).
Use the keyboard or just as a touch tablet.
I'm using a mouse and also a stylus. When I output the screen to a 24inch monitor, it looks as good as any other modern 64 bit OS Windows computer).
