One thing I noticed over this time is the locals have a habit of under performing in the play-offs compared to their regular season records. The most shining example was the recent NCAA basketball tournament, UVA was the first #1 seed to lose in round one. Looking for the Caps to get that bad taste out of my mouth that the Cavaliers left in it.
