The AJP will provide clean drinking water, replace every lead pipe in America, modernize the electric grid and provide high speed broad band to all Americans.
That is also Infrastructure.
The AJP is going to build preserve and retrofit more than twoo million homes, and commercial buildings, modernize our nation's schools and child care facilities, upgrade veterans' hospitals and federal buildings.
Infrastructure.
Other facets of the AJP which may not be considered infrastructure include.
Revitalize manufacturing, secure U.S. supply chains, invest in R&D, and train Americans for the jobs of the future.
Create good quality jobs that pay prevailing wages in safe and healthy work places while ensuring workers have a free and fair choice to organise, join a union and bargain collectively with their employers.
If that seems like a commercial for the AJP, that would be because I copied it almost verbatim from White House.com

Don't hold your breath. Politicians have been using the "infrastructure" word for years. We should have the best infrastructure by now.
