I know its being kicked around in Sunday news but the leadership would set that course. If people come up with anything showing Pelosi or Schumer saying it put it up.
I would be pretty surprised if they decided to take that course of action. They will conduct further investigations though... especially leading up to the mid-terms.
If Democrats were smart though, a big leap for them, they wouldn't really attempt any of that. Court packing is a much more realistic way to
"stick it to the GOP."
