I am not giving my tax info for a small ass withdrawal to HT
I've won a $500 contest many times in the same year on DW and off the check went with no issues.
If you win, details below:
Derbywars:
For withdrawals over $600 we require a valid mailing address and social security number in order to file the appropriate tax forms at year end.
Horsetourneys:
Updated taxpayer information is required before a player's first withdrawal will be accepted. If you have not submitted your taxpayer information, you must do so through one of the available submission options. Withdrawal amounts in excess of $600 in a calendar year (net of entry fees, i.e., the total amount won) will be subject to a single 1099-MISC filing with the IRS for the applicable tax year

I received a 1099 from Derbywars last year and usually just played the $600 to $750 purse contests. After Stronach sued them it hasn't been the same, but I still like Derbywars better than HT. Never had a problem getting paid from either site. I just finished second in a SA pool play contest last Sat@HT
