I’m confused. The OIG laid out the facts of his investigation and then Wray and probably Rosenstein did the summary and conclusions. Huber will look at only the facts and decide whether to prosecute. He will prosecute. It may be awhile because some of the same offenders are being investigated in the next OIG report (Russian collusion in the election).
