Judge Shipp ruled that there was irreparable harm, that the leagues could also suffer or have their identity tarnished, based on what? The fact that domestic violence has now been dealt with in the NFL after years of pushing it under the rug tarnishes their image a lot more. The recent raids of traveling team medical staffs by the DEA has that not tarnished the NFL'simage? The late 1970's Boston College vs Holy Cross basketball game throwing scandel didn't hurt the NCAA one bit they are one of the most powerful unregulated organizations in existentce today. How would a bet being made in NJ on a college football or basketball game affect or tarnish the image of the NCAA? Based on the Judges ruling yesterday he sided with the professional sports leagues for all the wrong reasons!

When you own an sports franchise, then you will get to decide what will hurt your bottom line or not. It does not matter what you think if you are not an owner. Why are you having such a hard time understanding that. Owners decide, people who want to make money off their product without their permission don't.
