Google Burdick v. United States. It’s an interesting case. This is the same discussion that went on after the Arpaio pardon. Ford justified his pardon of Nixon by pointing out that his acceptance of it was an admission of guilt.
If he had evidence he was wrongly convicted, which he has never claimed, he could have petitioned the court to expunge the conviction but that would be impossible once he accepted the pardon which, as mentioned, is an admission of guilt.

Disparate treatment under the law is unconstitutional. He took some photos of himself at work. BFD.....he didn’t do anything close to as egregious as what Hillary did, and Huma committed even worse offenses. This guy never denied taking the pictures nor did he use a hammer, bleaching software and outright lies to hide evidence.
I’m disappointed Trump didn’t do this sooner. Why nobody has started a gofundme for the guy is another good question.
