hcap, you are wrong and while I expect you will follow party dogma, even you have to realize those numbers are created to make them say what the administration wants,....which has no relation to the truth.
Consider this, Scott Walker gave almost $1B back to the people to stimulate the economy and even he says we are still short, not double digit, but short.
What have the other governors done? Do any of them have a surplus? How many are at 4%, (break-even)?
You are saying our national average is 6%?
I find BO's numbers, at bare minimum, doubtful.
