I'm confounded by Cindy Dulay's HORSE-RACES.NET When I was starting out my little software business, I checked around some horse racing sites, to get an idea of what out there, and what it might cost for advertising.

Cindy's got several pages crammed chock-full of software vendors, tipsters, etc. She has her advertising rates on a back page...seemed pretty high but what did I know?

While clicking the appx 150 text links was surprised to find at least 40-50% completely dead links. Go look for yourself--they seem pretty interesting but they haven't been upgraded in years.

I first saw the site maybe 3 years ago...it's still the same today. There is also a link to Cindy-- if you would like to add your own link. It was also a dead link!!

I saw this Bris ad somewhere on her site...it looks to be circa 1998...but it still works! One last thing...her ad rates were the same (appx) as this one. You'd think she would spend a day and clean it up.
