The thing I'll continue to watch is the New York State COVID-19 traveler guidelines for those from "noncontiguous " states. They say nothing about a vaccine yet, but as of now, it requires three days of self-quarantine, (down from ten days as of last week), followed by a negative test. I can live with three days, but any more than that.....???.
These things are fluid and I'm sure even Cuomo doesn't want to shut down peoples lives any more. By August, there has to be less flu around, I mean Covid, due to people being outside more and with the vaccine.
I would imagine that by August, my guess (hope) the guidelines will be a vaccine, and a negative test once a week during your stay.
