What version of Platinum are you running? I've never heard of it not working with windows 8....but there's always a first time.

You say other programs work fine? I can easily send you another program--no problem. Are you getting that error message that says "windows stopped this program blah blah".

Just click "run anyway". I don't think that's your problem, though.

Let's start by trying a new PLATINUM--stand by I'll send it now
