Translate: All the provisional ballots, no matter how questionably legal, MUST be counted.
This is solid proof of what lies behind all the illegal immigration going on in this country. I have continually said that the only reason the dimwits want to open the borders, abolish ICE, let all the "oppressed" people in is to get their votes -- even before they become citizens (if indeed they ever do). They want to get a permanent underclass into this country who will be perpetually beholding to the dimwits.
