That is what I mean - Kind of a win-win for them
1- lowers the track pay-offs
2- lay-off in a rebate shop that gives a higher percentage than they give
3- reduces/eliminates their pay-outs
it seems to me that the offshore books buy their information from either a CDI or Stronach company - they are fast with scratches and pay-offs
