It says " President of the United States " now if they wish to have a Senate trial of the President I have no issue with that.
But Trump can not be convicted in the Senate... they lack Jurisdiction. A phase we heard allot during the attempts to present election fraud cases. That the left just jeered about.
So lets see how they react here. But You maybe right the hate Trump swamp is deep. But I guess the big tell will be does John Roberts agree to preside.
If he does I guess he believes Trump is still the Rightful President of the United States.
