I have an easy solution to the need for more prison space, remove all the lifers out of the state prisons. That will free up space for the POS criminal Ralph speaks about and my loser nephew to never breathe free air.
My plan is to use uninhabited islands that with a few provisions from the outside world and the residences working together would be habitable.
It would be a combination of Gilligan's Island and Lord of the Flies. They can either decide to work together and survive or keep being predators and die.
Separate Islands for men and women, only the most accomplished will be allowed on the co-ed islands.
