1. There is no constitutional basis for abortion.
2. All men are morally responsible to God even in this life and we all have an obligation to obey Him, including governments which are supposed to be "servants" of God for our good.
3. Right now, as it is the vast majority of abortions are purely elective and have nothing to do with the issues you raised.
