You’re right, we have lots of customers who come in for healthy stuff. We have a gym right behind our location that gets 10% off with their gym ID card. Lots of salad bar to go post workout and others who dine in high protein style.

We also have some pescatarian types because we serve 3-5 different seafood options depending on the day of the week.

We also have diabetic options menu where the items are sugar free-stevia stuff.

But if you want to pig out on whatever you want….we get lots of that too.

If you Google “Golden Corral healthy items” you get lots of hits on what to eat and what not to eat. Our salad bar is open from the time we unlock our doors every day (even at breakfast) and it’s a huge variety

We have kid favs too. Icee machine-Gummie Bears and soft serve ice cream. Many locations have cotton candy. Our county frowns on cotton candy machines because of the way they work and trouble cleaning them. We got rid of ours post pandemic along with the chocolate fountain which was a huge blessing for us.

Click on the link above to see our menu-breakfast-lunch-dinner. I’m sure you will be surprised how much stuff we make every day. Some of its rotated, but 90% of these menu items are there every day

What kind of omelette is shown on the breakfast menu picture? At first I thought it was a veggie omelette, but it I think I see bacon. I have a vegetarian friend, sometimes he can be a PITA to travel with. I believe he is the world's only morbidly obese vegetarian. Do you have hot salsa available? That omelette needs some. What is called hot salsa definitely varies by region in the states. What is labeled hot here is probably between mild and medium in SoCal. I was shocked, for the first time since I moved here a couple months ago some extra hot showed up in the chain super market. It is Pace Ghost Pepper Habanero, I was amazed when they kept restocking it. To me hot will make you sweat on a cold day and the mouth burn lasts 5 minutes if you eat enough of it.

Are those omelettes a custom order or can you assemble your own?
