I bet some at Ellis Park today to have the penny breakage experience. Hadn't done anything with horse racing in a while. My return was about 10% higher than at a dime breakage track.
Still prefer Mohawk where you have a long racing season, the same distance every race, often the same horses racing each other, and a group of drivers where abilities are well known.
I messaged Mohawk about when they will go to penny breakage but got no response. At nickel breakage, they are still better than most.
